A dress of three parts

Not sure on the different fabrics of Kate Bosworth's dress for the opening of Esquire House.
I like the skirt part but no idea what is going on in the middle.
Loving her red lip and hair though.

    Completely agree with you. It would be an odd dress if it was just the top and bottom pieces, but the lace bit just doesn't go. Red lipstick looks so nice on her!

    Miss Dolly - yeah I just don't get what is going on with it - not sure who designed it, but it doesn't seem to work as an outfit
