English take over Jalouse
I LOVE Jalouse magazine
but
I'm slightly disappointed by the UK takeover in the new issue.
I love Jalouse because I thought it was different and not just full of the same faces you see in UK gossip mags and 'cool kids' editorials.
So...they've used Alexa Chung on the cover (don't get me wrong, I love her style as much as the next blogger) but I don't like it.
Her editorial inside is much better, but they went a step too far including Peaches Geldof in this issue...ergh.

Think I must have been half asleep when I wrote it....oh well

Barbara
I meant to post this days ago but have been lying in a hotel room in Paris feeling sorry for myself with 70euros worth of antibiotics (who knew medicine was so expensive in Paris!! ergh!).I first came across Barbara Palvin backstage at Vuitton where there seemed to be a bit of a buzz about her and then I saw her on this month's Jalouse...
and now I see Vogue.co.uk have been raving about her today.She is quite short for a model (most sources saying just under 5' 9") but is already being called the new Natalia Vodianova at only 17.
As well as numerous shows last season, including Prada, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu and Nina Ricci she was on the cover of Officiel and she is also fronting the SS2010 campaign for French label Stella Forest.

Back to Paree
I am back in Paris and Jalouse is always the first magazine I pick up on arrival.
I know that it is available in the UK but it just annoys me that I have to pay twice the price so
