Bit of a tit?

Can someone explain what is happening to Moss' boob in this shot from her new shoot in Vogue Japan May 2011 issue?

Surely fashion editorials such as this are given the photoshop treatment before publication and yet....

Yes OK she still looks pretty amazing.

Twice in one week?!

I'm not really a Kate Moss fan, too overexposed (how many advertising campaigns does she have at the moment!?) and then I saw this shoot by Juergen Teller from December's SelfService magazine on Stolen from Grandma's blog and it restored my faith in the Moss.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE old shots of the Moss by Corinne Day and these hit on the same kind of naturalistic/naive feel.
